CHAPTER 65 MUNICIPALITIES
Municipal Electric Refunding Revenue Bond Act.

If any revenue securities which are to be refunded are secured by an indenture of mortgage or deed of trust, such indenture of mortgage or deed of trust shall be properly released of record.
