CHAPTER 65 MUNICIPALITIES
Municipal Electric Refunding Revenue Bond Act.

This Act shall constitute complete authority for issuing refunding revenue bonds as herein provided without reference to any other laws and shall be construed as conferring powers in addition to but not in limitation of powers granted under other existing laws.
