CHAPTER 65 MUNICIPALITIES
Municipal Wastewater Disposal Zones Act.

If the corporate authorities find the petition presented to be in compliance with Section 7 of this Act, it shall set the time and place of the hearing on the question of the formation of the proposed zone. Such a hearing shall be held in accordance with Sections 9 and 10 of this Act.
