CHAPTER 65 MUNICIPALITIES
Neighborhood Security Patrol Act.

Any person violating any provision of this Act or any procedure, regulation, or bylaw of a governing commission and program created under this Act shall, in addition to all other remedies provided by law, be guilty of a business offense and shall be fined an amount not to exceed $1,000 for each offense.
