CHAPTER 70 SPECIAL DISTRICTS
Interstate Airport Authorities Act.

This authority to combine into an airport authority shall become effective at the time when reciprocal authorizing legislation is duly and legally enacted by a party state authorizing governmental units within its confines to combine with governmental units within this state in an airport authority.
