CHAPTER 70 SPECIAL DISTRICTS
Cemetery Maintenance District Act.

A cemetery maintenance district may rehabilitate, recondition and restore any neglected or abandoned publicly owned cemetery within the district and may thereafter maintain any such cemetery in good condition.
