70 ILCS 1105/14: Civil service.

Whenever the county in which a district is located is governed by a law regulating its civil service and the method of selecting its employees, all employees of the district, except the treasurer and attorneys, shall be selected in the manner provided by and shall be subject to the law regulating the civil service in the county.
