70 ILCS 1105/24: Charges for use of facilities.

The district may enact and enforce rules and regulations for the management, maintenance, care, protection, and use of its facilities. Charges or rates for the use of a facility may be established, revised, and maintained from time to time, shall be payable under the supervision of the board, and may be made available to defray the reasonable expenses of the district.
