70 ILCS 1105/5: Referendum.

The proposition shall be substantially in the following form: "Shall the .... Museum District be organized in the territory described as follows: (insert description)?".

If a majority of the votes cast on the question are in the affirmative, the district shall then be an organized museum district under this Act.
