70 ILCS 1205/8-6

Nothing in this Code shall be deemed to repeal "An Act to authorize the confinement in houses of correction of persons convicted of the violation of ordinances of public park commissioners", approved May 25, 1907, but said act shall be available to, and the powers, rights and duties therein set forth shall apply to all park districts.
