The following offices and places of employment, insofar as there are or may be such, in such Park Employees' and Retirement Board Employees' Annuity and Benefit Fund system, shall not be included within the classified civil service: The members of the Board of Trustees of the Park Employees' and Retirement Board Employees' Annuity and Benefit Fund, the President and Secretary of said Board, the Custodian of said Fund, the attorneys, and the special examiners appointed by the Civil Service Board to conduct examinations.
