- Park Commissioners Land Condemnation Act.
Such park commissioners are hereby vested with power to take and acquire title to such pieces or parcels of land as may be necessary for such widening, and may proceed to procure the condemnation of the same in the manner prescribed for the exercise of the right of eminent domain under the Eminent Domain Act.
