70 ILCS 1505/15c: Lease for equipment and machinery.

In addition to the other powers and authority now possessed by it, the Chicago Park District may, when authorized by the Commissioners, enter into leases for a period not to exceed 5 years for any equipment and machinery that may be required for corporate purposes.
