70 ILCS 1505/26.3-2

In addition to any other penalties provided in this or any other Act, any person who is convicted of a violation of an ordinance or regulation pertaining to the chartering of vessels may, in the discretion of the commissioners of the Chicago Park District, be refused operating and mooring privileges within the Chicago Park District harbor for a period not to exceed 3 years.
