70 ILCS 1510/1

The Chicago Park District is authorized to create, maintain and administer a fund to be known as a working cash fund in the manner prescribed by this act for the purpose of enabling said park district to have in its treasury at all times sufficient money to meet demands for ordinary and necessary expenditures for general corporate purposes.
