70 ILCS 1545/18

The city shall succeed to the rights and powers of the park district in respect to agreements and permits relating to the Chicago Transit Authority under Section 7 of "An Act in relation to the creation, maintenance, operation and improvement of the Chicago Park District," approved July 10, 1933, as amended; provided that this Act shall not affect the validity of any right, privilege or permit granted by the park district to the Chicago Transit Authority under authority of said law.
