CHAPTER 70 SPECIAL DISTRICTS
Southwestern Illinois Metropolitan and Regional Planning Act.

A selecting authority may remove from office any commissioner selected by him, her, or it, in case of incompetency, neglect of duty or malfeasance in office. Absence from any 3 consecutive regular meetings of the Commission shall be deemed neglect of duty.
