- CHAPTER 70 SPECIAL DISTRICTS
- Illinois International Port District Act.
The District has power to apply for and accept grants, loans or appropriations from the Federal Government or any agency or instrumentality thereof, the State of Illinois or any agency or instrumentality thereof or the City of Chicago to be used for any of the purposes of the District and to enter into any agreement with the Federal Government, the State of Illinois or any agency or instrumentality thereof or the City of Chicago in relation to such grants, loans or appropriations.
