70 ILCS 1837/140: Report and financial statement.

Within 60 days after the end of each fiscal year, the Board shall prepare and print a complete and detailed report and financial statement of the operations, assets, and liabilities of the District. A reasonably sufficient number of copies of the report shall be printed for distribution to persons interested, upon request, and a copy of the report shall be filed with the Governor, the county clerk, and the presiding officer of the county board of LaSalle County. A copy of the report shall be mailed to the corporate authorities of each municipality located within the District.
