CHAPTER 70 SPECIAL DISTRICTS
Railroad Terminal Authority Act.

Liberal construction.

This Act being necessary and desirable for and intended to secure the public convenience and welfare, the provisions of this Act shall be liberally construed to give effect to the provisions hereof.
