70 ILCS 1925/5-50: Removal of members.

The Governor may remove from office any Authority member immediately in case of incompetency, neglect of duty, or malfeasance of office, or otherwise upon 15 days written notice to the other members. Absence from any 3 consecutive regular meetings of the Authority shall be deemed neglect of duty.
