70 ILCS 200/255-70: Qualifications of Board members and voters.

Each Board member shall be a registered voter, as provided in the general election law, qualified to vote within the metropolitan area. All persons qualified to vote and who are registered voters in the metropolitan area, all as provided in the general election law, are eligible to vote in all elections held pursuant to this Article.
