The language contained in the Titles, Article headings, and Section and subsection captions in this Code:

(1) is intended only as a general description that is not a part of the substantive provisions of this Code;

(2) does not take precedence over the content of the substantive provisions of this Code; and

(3) shall not be used in construing the meaning of the substantive provisions of this Code.
