70 ILCS 2205/8

The board of trustees of the sanitary district shall, within 3 months after its organization hereunder, cause to be filed in the office of the recorder in each county in which the district is situated, a certified copy of the record of the court, in the matter of such organization, showing the name and boundaries of the district, the canvass of the votes, and the result of the election, whereby the district became so organized, and the recorder shall record the same.
