CHAPTER 70 SPECIAL DISTRICTS
Sanitary District Act of 1917.

For the purpose of purchasing any waterworks under this Act or for the purpose of purchasing any property necessary therefor, the district has the right of eminent domain as provided by the Eminent Domain Act.
