70 ILCS 2405/22a.10: Special assessment.

When the ordinance under which a local improvement is ordered to be made contains no provisions for the condemnation of private property therefor and provides that the improvement shall be wholly or in part paid for by special assessment, the proceedings for the making of that assessment shall be as provided in the following Sections.
