70 ILCS 2405/22a.28: Judgment on installment assessments.

In case of a special assessment or a special tax levied to be paid by installments under the provisions of this Act the order of confirmation that is entered upon the return of the assessment roll shall apply to all of the installments thereof and may be entered in one order.
