70 ILCS 2405/7.6

The board of trustees of a sanitary district organized under this Act may, in carrying out its responsibility under Section 7 of this Act, plan for and establish general and specific locations for all conduits, pipes, and pumping stations provided for in Section 7. A district is not obligated to accept or maintain any conduit, pipe, or pumping station not built in accordance with an established plan.
