70 ILCS 2605/11.2

In addition to all the rights, powers, privileges, duties and obligations conferred thereon in "An Act to create sanitary districts and to remove obstructions in the Des Plaines and Illinois rivers", approved May 29, 1889, as amended, the Metropolitan Sanitary District of Greater Chicago shall have the rights, powers and privileges and shall be subject to the duties and obligations conferred thereon by this amendatory Act of 1963.
