CHAPTER 70 SPECIAL DISTRICTS
Metropolitan Water Reclamation District Act.

The comptroller of the sanitary district shall conduct audits of all expenditures incident to all purchase orders and contracts awarded by the director of procurement and materials management. The comptroller shall report the results of such audits to the president and board of trustees.
