70 ILCS 2605/252: District enlarged.

As of September 12, 1984, the corporate limits of the Metropolitan Sanitary District of Greater Chicago are extended so as to embrace and include within the same the following described territory and tract of land which is hereby annexed to the District.

The west 14.50 chains of the south 13.793 chains of the southeast quarter, except the south 50.0 feet thereof, in Section 5, Township 42 North, Range 11 East of the Third Principal Meridian, Cook County, Illinois.
