70 ILCS 2605/4.19

All officers of the sanitary district shall aid the civil service board and the Director in all proper ways in carrying out the provisions of the act and at any place where examinations are to be held shall allow reasonable use of public buildings for holding such examinations. The trustees shall cause suitable rooms to be provided for the civil service board at the expense of the sanitary district.
