CHAPTER 70 SPECIAL DISTRICTS
Sanitary District Act of 1936.

Within 60 days after the effective date of this Amendatory Act of 1977 every sanitary district organized under the "Sanitary District Act of 1936" shall file with the Secretary of State the official name of the district.
