CHAPTER 70 SPECIAL DISTRICTS
Sanitary District Revenue Bond Act.

For the purpose of improving or extending, or constructing or acquiring and improving and extending any sewerage system under this Act, a sanitary district has the right to acquire any property necessary or appropriate therefor by eminent domain as provided by the Eminent Domain Act.
