CHAPTER 70 SPECIAL DISTRICTS
Sanitary District Revenue Bond Act.

This Act authorizes the issuance of revenue bonds provided for herein without submitting a proposition for the approval of the ordinance authorizing the bonds to the electors as required in the case of the issuance of bonds payable out of taxes levied for the payment of the bonds.
