70 ILCS 3110/8: Duties of general counsel.

Metro East Solid Waste Disposal and Energy Producing Service Act.

The general counsel, if one is appointed, shall be the legal advisor to the Service. He shall, when directed by the Service, represent the Service in judicial or other proceedings.
