CHAPTER 70 SPECIAL DISTRICTS
Illinois Sports Facilities Authority Act.

If the Authority has not entered into a management agreement, pursuant to Section 9 of this Act, with a major league professional baseball franchise before September 1, 1988, the Authority and any tax imposed pursuant to this Act shall be abolished September 1, 1988.
