CHAPTER 70 SPECIAL DISTRICTS
Illinois Sports Facilities Authority Act.

A person employed by or acting on behalf of the Authority may not engage in unlawful discrimination, as defined in the Illinois Human Rights Act, with respect to programs or activities that are offered at facilities that are funded under this Act, including facilities established or supported by bonds issued under this Act.
