CHAPTER 70 SPECIAL DISTRICTS
Chicago Transit Authority Act.

This Act shall be known and may be cited as the Chicago Transit Authority Act, and for the purposes of legal obligations created prior to this amendatory Act of the 104th General Assembly, it may also be cited as the Metropolitan Transit Authority Act.
