Northern Illinois Transit Authority Act.

Any vehicles purchased from funds made available to the Authority from the Transportation Bond, Series B Fund or the Multi-modal Transportation Bond Fund must incorporate clean/green technologies and alternative fuel technologies, to the extent practical.
