CHAPTER 70 SPECIAL DISTRICTS
Northern Illinois Transit Authority Act.

The Chairman shall preside at meetings of the Board, and shall be entitled to vote on all matters. The Board shall select a Secretary and a Treasurer and may select persons to fill such other offices of the Authority and to perform such duties as it shall from time to time determine. The Secretary, Treasurer and other officers of the Authority may, but need not be, members of the Board.
