The Chairman shall preside at meetings of the Suburban Bus Board and shall be entitled to vote on all matters. The Suburban Bus Board shall select a Secretary and a Treasurer and may select persons to fill such other offices of the Division and to perform such duties as it shall from time to time determine. The Secretary, Treasurer and other officers of the Division may, but need not be, members of the Suburban Bus Board.
