70 ILCS 3615/3B.01: Commuter Rail Division.

There is established within the Authority the Commuter Rail Division as the operating division responsible for providing public transportation by commuter rail. Purchase of service agreements between a Transportation Agency and the Authority in effect on the effective date of this amendatory Act shall remain in full force and effect in accordance with the terms of such agreement.
