70 ILCS 3615/3B.06: Compensation.

Directors of the Commuter Rail Board shall receive an annual salary of $15,000, except that members of the Commuter Rail Board that are also members of the Board of the Northern Illinois Transit Authority shall receive $10,000 per year in addition to the compensation the member receives for serving on the Board of the Northern Illinois Transit Authority. Each member shall be reimbursed for actual expenses incurred in the performance of his duties.

Officers of the Division shall not be required to comply with the requirements of "An Act requiring certain custodians of public monies to file and publish statements of the receipts and disbursements thereof", approved June 24, 1919, as now or hereafter amended.
