CHAPTER 70 SPECIAL DISTRICTS
Water Authorities Act.

Any sheriff may serve any process, or make any arrest in an authority, or the part thereof, located in the county in which he was elected, which any officer of that authority is authorized to make under this Act or any ordinance passed in pursuance thereof.
