CHAPTER 70 SPECIAL DISTRICTS
Soil and Water Conservation Districts Act.

"Soil health" means the overall composition of the soil, including the amount of organic matter stored in the soil, and the continued capacity of soil to function as a vital living ecosystem that sustains plants, animals, and humans.
