70 ILCS 605/4-32.1: List of Active Commissioners.

On or before the last day in December of each year, the commissioners shall file a list of active commissioners with the clerk of the circuit court of the county in which the district is organized. The list shall include the addresses of the commissioners and shall designate the chairperson. Such list shall be recorded in the Drainage Record, as defined in Section 4-35.
