CHAPTER 70 SPECIAL DISTRICTS
Illinois Drainage Code.

A district may use its established funds, personnel, and other resources to acquire, construct, operate, and maintain bikeways and trails. Districts may cooperate with other governmental and private agencies in bikeway and trail programs.
