Order modifying report, dismissing proceedings or organizing subdistrict. At the conclusion of the hearing, the court may modify the report, dismiss the proceedings or approve the report and order the organization of the subdistrict, as in the case of original organization of main districts as set forth in Sections 3-21, 3-22, and 3-23.
