CHAPTER 70 SPECIAL DISTRICTS
Fire Protection District Act.

All suits pending in any court on behalf of or against any district, when the district is consolidated into a consolidated district, may be prosecuted or defended in the name of the consolidated district. All judgments obtained for any district consolidated into a consolidated district shall be collected and enforced by the consolidated district for its benefit.
